We spent a really amazing time here, recommend to anyone. Had a great selection of options for breakfast, it was large. Location: the hotel was near Kuta restaurants and cafes, and Tanjung Aan beach which is much better.

I had an a double room and it was fantastic with nice view.

Loved the "cozy" rooms and "hot" pool water. The staff were so "helpful" and the buffet breakfast was a "culinary adventure". Definitely a "must-stay" for those who enjoy dimly lit accommodations and "sulphur-scented" showers.

Oh, and who needs sunbeds or a quiet poolside when you can have a "bath-like" pool and a loud party? So glad I had such a unique experience!

That was what I call nice base for relaxing break. The rooms were brand-new and luxurious with nice view, the staff were hard-working! The free parking was onsite, amazing service.

The room itself was luxurious and fantastic with nice view and had essentials I needed. A shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a plus.

It had central location close to Kuta market. There were bars and restaurants around the hotel.

I loved staying at Sima Hotel in Kuta. The rooms were fantastic, and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the included breakfast was great. Best place I've stayed in Kuta Lombok!

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! The room was absolutely mind-blowing, with a super comfortable bed and a gorgeous toilet. The balcony overlooking the garden and pool was jaw-dropping, and the pool itself was perfect for both swimming and relaxing with a drink. The bar by the pool had a great vibe, and the music was on point. The gym may not be the best, but it had everything I needed for a solid workout. The breakfast was unbelievable, with a huge selection of delicious dishes. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, even surprising me with a birthday cake. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it for a relaxing and luxurious break.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which offered ample space to relax and unwind. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and taking in the local culture.

While the staff were hardworking and attentive, we found that they were still learning the ropes when it came to hospitality. We also noticed that the swimming pool could have benefited from better cleaning to remove the algae build-up.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Celebrating New Year's Eve was unforgettable at this hotel. the pool party was bomb and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. the staff was accommodating, and the breakfast had many options. the bed was quite comfy, giving us a sound sleep so we were well-rested for snorkeling in the morning. as it was located in the center of town, we were able to easily explore the shops and beach.

The music played by the pool was too loud sometimes. We also found the sulfur smell in the shower water unpleasant, although we were told it is due to Kuta's water source.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - they surprised us with a birthday treat and helped us out with transportation. We also loved the extensive breakfast buffet, with options for both continental and rice-based breakfasts. The hotel's location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk radius. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed the facilities, including the large pool and good gym.
